At Rosyne Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return one or more items to us.
Return conditions
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Any returned item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns are at the customer's expense (except in case of our error or defective product upon receipt).

- Generate a return label (if available depending on your country)
- Track the shipment of your return parcel
📦 Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return at our facilities. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund is approved.

Delivery methods and times
We deliver worldwide to your home or to a pickup point via our logistics partners DPD, UPS, and Colissimo. In France, parcels are delivered against signature. You can also choose Click & Collect, with free pickup at our store located at l’Appartement 235 Barber Shop — 15 rue Étienne Marcel, 75001 Paris.
Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days for mainland France and 2 to 3 business days for international orders, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number and a tracking link.

Average delivery times: 2 to 8 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and the carrier.
Order Tracking
From your personal space "My Account", you can track the status of your order in real time. An email with the tracking link is also sent to you as soon as the package is shipped. In case of absence during home delivery, the carrier may offer you a new delivery date, or the deposit of the package with a neighbor or at a pickup point.

I haven't received my tracking number, is that normal?
It is possible that your order is still being processed. As soon as it is taken over by the carrier, you automatically receive your tracking link. Remember to check your spam or contact us if the delay exceeds 3 business days.
