Shipping policy

• Delivery methods: Home, pickup point, and Click & Collect
• Delivery charges:
  - Free from €250 purchase for standard delivery in Mainland France and €500 purchase for the rest of the world.
  - Vary depending on the delivery country for other countries outside France/Europe.
• Delivery times:
  - Within 24 working hours for products in "Click & Collect"
  - 2 to 3 working days for products from the time taken over by the carrier.

For preorders, none of these shipping rules apply. Refer to the time stated above the <<Preorder>> button.

Please note that online orders cannot be returned in store.
