At Rosyne Club, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return one or more items to us.
Return conditions
- Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Any returned item not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Returns are the customer's responsibility (except in case of our error or defective product upon receipt).

- Generate a return label (if available depending on your country)
- Track the progress of your return package
📦 Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return at our facilities. You will be notified by email as soon as the refund is approved.
📦 Delivery Methods and Times
We ship worldwide, with or without signature, or to a pickup point thanks to our logistics partners Colissimo and UPS. In France, packages are delivered against signature. You also have the option to choose Click & Collect for free pickup at one of our stores:

* Montpellier: 909 Avenue des Platanes, 34970 Lattes
Orders are prepared in a period of 1 to 2 business days for mainland France, and 2 to 3 business days for international (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a email confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress.

* Home delivery (with signature): Starting at €11.62 for orders under €250.
* Home delivery (without signature): Starting at €10.57 for orders under €250. Free for orders over €250.
* Pickup point delivery: Starting at €8.95 for orders under €250. Free for orders over €250.
Rest of the world – Colissimo
* Home delivery: Starting at €17.99 for orders under €500. Free for orders over €500.
* Average delivery times: 2 to 8 business days after shipping, depending on the destination and carrier.
Order Tracking
From your personal space "My Account," you can track the status of your order in real time. You will also receive a email with a tracking link as soon as your package is shipped. If you are absent during home delivery, the carrier will offer you a new delivery date or the option to leave your package with a neighbor or at a pickup point.

* I haven’t received my tracking number, is this normal?
This may be because your order is still being prepared. As soon as the carrier takes charge of your package, a tracking link is automatically sent to you. Also check your spam folder, or contact us if the delay exceeds 3 business days.
